[Anti-slip Case] Anti-slip installation in the bathing area of the Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka)

A case where white scale and body fat scattered in the corners of the bathhouse's edges and tile surfaces were removed, maintaining the anti-slip effect!

We would like to introduce a case where our anti-slip treatment was implemented in the bathing area of the Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka). Due to a change in the hotel's policy, the detergent used for the past two years had low effectiveness, resulting in an inability to remove daily body fat. As a result, the accumulated body fat from the floor overflowed, creating a slippery condition. We determined that if the fatty components on the floor were not removed as much as possible, the anti-slip function would not last long. Therefore, by repeatedly cleaning and applying a special solvent, we achieved a safe bathing area where comfortable walking could be confirmed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Special solvent: Approximately 10kg ■ Secondary solvent: Approximately 4kg (used at 2x dilution) ■ Alkaline detergent: Approximately 4kg (concentrate pH 13 or higher) ■ Baking soda: Approximately 2kg ■ Total area of application: Approximately 65m² *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
